Hot Yoga - Vinyasa

It is an energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga is taught in a heated studio, allowing students to move into postures more effectively, reducing strain. It is a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness.
The class temps can range between 90-102.

Slow Flow (Vinyasa)- All Levels

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga allows beginners to learn poses and how to move, breathe, and stretch between poses. Slow flow brings the element of time into the practice. ... The mind and body connection is one of the main goals when practicing all forms of Yoga.
Some, but not all, of these offerings will take place in a warm room, temps will be around 80.

Yin & Deep Relaxation

A slow-paced style of yoga as exercise with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time.

Rocket Vinyasa

The rocket vinyasa sequence is a heavy core strengthening practice. You will learn arm balances, handstands, variations, backbends, and twists and will focus on the mechanics of flight to build your skills in inversions, handstands, and arm balances.

Gentle Slow Flow

This class is great for beginners or anyone wanting to move their body softly.  We will focus on slowly moving and opening the body in a gentle way while adding a lightly energetic sequence and learning more structured yoga poses.  Ending with a few longer yin poses and mental clarity.

Zen Flow

Keep it low and slow. Enjoy a relaxing slow flow in a calm and re-energizing space.  This class will focus on light movement close to the floor. Come wearing your comfy clothes.
